General Allergy Study Information
Your time spent as a participant will require several visits to determine eligibility and prepare you to evaluate the study medication.
After a brief telephone call with a research staff member you may be asked to attend an information / screening visit where you will review the study in detail with a staff member and, if you remain interested in participating, you will be asked to provide your consent to participate. If you agree to participate, you will undergo several procedures to further determine your eligibility. Every study is different, and the procedures you may undergo can vary but will likely include:
- Skin prick testing (Allergy Testing)
- Measurement of Vital Signs (Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, etc., Height and Weight)
- A physician will review your medical history and perform a brief physical exam. (Includes a nasal exam)
- A Breathing Test
- A Blood Test
- Other Specialized Procedures (Study Specific)
